NK Sleepcare, in collaboration with Phyathai 2 Hospital, is organizing the event “Unlock Your Sleep: Unlocking the Secrets of Sleep” in celebration of World Sleep Day on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Internal Medicine Center, 5th floor, Building A, Phyathai 2 Hospital.

The event included educational presentations on sleep by a team of medical experts and staff from NK Sleepcare, covering the following topics:

• Knowledge about sleep problems.
• Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
• Instructions for using and maintaining a CPAP machine.
