I have another question, doctor. In the case that I have been using a CPAP machine for 2 months, I would like to know how many months after using the machine can I have surgery to correct my sleep apnea? And what are the chances of recovery?

Hello, I just bought this machine and have been using it for a week, but aside from trying it out on the first day, I haven't used it at all. The mask creates a vacuum when it's put on, and I can't feel any air. However, when I pull it out, the air is strong and normal. When I tried it on, everything was fine. I was using a full-face mask at the time, but this one was miscommunicated and came out as a nasal mask. I'm not sure if it's because the mask is too small. I've tried adjusting the straps hundreds of times, or if I'm wearing it incorrectly. I consulted a nurse, and all she said was that I need to adjust the straps. I don't know if she doesn't understand my condition. It's not that there's air leaking, but there's no air. I only feel air when I pull it loose from my nose. If I wear it without air, I probably won't help because there's no air entering my nose...

Please ask, in the case of the sleep test and the result was severe, the AHI value was 41.1 per hour, but the patient refused to use the CPAP machine due to the high price. What will be the effect?

I use a CPAP machine (without water). I sleep comfortably for the first 2 hours. After that, my throat becomes dry and my nose is so sore that I have to get up and expel the mucus. The mucus is thick and sticky. I try to put it on and continue sleeping, but it's not comfortable at all. Some nights I have to take it off immediately because it's torturous. How can I fix this?

I would like to know how to read CPAP results. Is P90 and P95 values between 7 and 10 considered normal? And what should the Apnea value be?

I bought a machine from NK, model Resmed 10. I would like to ask, how does the CPAP machine know when we stop breathing when the machine is constantly blowing air in? Thank you.

If the user says Inconvenient when using the inhaler It's like you can't breathe completely into your lungs. Does that mean the starting pressure is too low or too high?

My father has been using a CPAP machine for about a month. He used one almost 10 years ago but it didn't work out and he stopped using it. He recently started using it again because his sleep test results showed he stopped breathing 30 times per hour and his lowest oxygen level was 87%. His blood pressure level is high at night. When he falls asleep, his blood pressure starts to climb...
