How to Use CPAP Without Damaging the Machine – Be Careful Not to Let Water Enter the Device

For customers using a CPAP machine, especially when connected to a humidifier, it is important to prevent water from entering the machine, as this may cause damage to internal components, particularly around the power socket or other ports. If water spills and enters the socket, it may result in a short circuit, rust, or render the machine inoperable. Such cases are not covered under the warranty.

To ensure the safety and extend the lifespan of the machine, it is recommended to maintain it as follows:
  • ✅ After each use, be sure to empty all water from the drip tray or water reservoir.
  • ✅ Wipe dry before storing or moving the device.
  • ✅ Avoid tilting or moving the machine while water is still inside, as water may flow back into the machine.
  • ✅ Do not fill the water beyond the MAX line. If you add too much water, it may overflow into the machine when it operates, causing damage. Please fill only to the appropriate level.
  • ✅ The device should be placed on a flat surface and kept away from other liquids to prevent accidents.

These small maintenance tips help extend the lifespan of your device and reduce the likelihood of problems. 😊
